My gin is created by me in my Gin Kitchen at Port of Menteith. I then take my recipes to Distillutions in Arbroath to enable me to upscale my distillations to bring my gin to market.
Solas An Earraich presents a delicate, fragrant aroma with prominent Juniper and crisp citrus flavour with a boost of spice from the coriander and aniseed. On the palate, it is smooth and dry.
Serving suggestion: lovely with a splash of ginger ale.
