Each recipe is created by hand in my Gin Kitchen at Port of Menteith. I then scale it up in small batches with Distillutions in Arbroath to bring it to market.

Gealach Úr Gin presents a quiet, delicate profile with minimal aroma and classic gin elements. It features clear juniper and coriander notes, with citrus hints reminiscent of clementines or oranges.
