Several years ago, whilst out with friends and sipping on a locally made gin, we thought wouldn't it be exciting to create our own small batch craft gin. Once we started to research how to make gin, our daily lives meant that we just didn't have the time to take on the challenge.  Recently after moving back to Scotland, it felt as if serendipity intervened and so the Collymoon Craft adventure began.
